A nice fully furnished house with 3 bathrooms, is situated in Mt Roskill/New Windsor on a small quiet street, close to supermarkets (Walking distance), parks, and other amenities. Very easy to access motoways--within 500m to #20 motoway (SH20) and there is a bus stop near by.
 
We have two bedrooms available (one with own bathroom) and we are seeking flatmates (students or Full-time working professional preferred) who are quiet, easy-going, respectful of others, keep place clean and tidy.
