A nice fully furnished house with 3 bathrooms, is situated in Mt Roskill/New Windsor on a small quiet street, close to supermarkets, parks, and other amenities. Very easy to access motoways--within 500m to #20 motoway (SH20) and there is a bus stop near by.
We have one big double bedroom & a single room available and we are seeking flatmates (professional perferred) who are quiet, easy-going, respectfull of others, keep place clean and tidy, and can pay bills on time.
Please note no couples please and No pets or smokers.
