a 3 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms townhouse in Central Auckland CBD on Pitt St, 5 mintue walk to Queen St, Auckland University and most English language schools.

Bus stop across the road to most other location around Auckland.  
Price is $250 NZ per week. This includes breakfest and some evening Meals. and BBQ on weekend.
Includes all standard costs (room, power, internet etc) plus help yourself to coffee/tea/toast.  
Washing machine and dryer is on lower floor and free to use.
We have a fat cat named Soxie, so must be ok with Cats.
This is for a Female Homestay / backpacker only. 
We prefer female, non smoker, from any country is fine
