This is a homestay situation that would suit a business person or international student. 

Everything is provided in a lovely large private room with it's own bathroom. 

The room looks out to a private garden. 

Included in the price is breakfast and dinner and all expenses including Internet. $290. per week. 

Minimum stay is 3 months. 

I also have another room that costs less. 

A bond of three weeks is payable in advance and a monthly board fee will be required in advance
