Fernhill Way, Oteha,

My daughter and I are hoping to find a female for our happy and relaxed home in Fernhill Way, Oteha (Browns Bay/Albany area).
Our available room is a HUGE upstairs bedroom.
Bedroom furniture is available if required. 
The room has its own ensuite (shower, toilet, and handbasin unit with cupboards).
This room gets the afternoon sun and has its own balcony.
The room also has a walk-in wardrobe.
This space doubles as a linen and storage area, thus only half the pictured space is available for use.
Additionally, the pictured heat pump is out of order, however we have a DVS System in the home which helps to keep the house warm :)
Weekly rent includes:
Wireless Broadband
Power (within reason)
Water (within reason)
Phone - doesn't include mobile or toll calls, but our phone plan includes free national calling (weekends only).
Board, or part board, is available by negotiation...
Required:
Bond (2 weeks rent), plus two weeks rent in advance.
44 year old Mum (part time student), and well behaved 7 year old girl :)
