English+Hong Kong Couple,Glendowie,

I am originally from Hong Kong and my husband is an English man, 

we have a 9 years old boy, a 1 year old dog and three birds. 

Our house has 5 bedrooms and a big garden, 2 rooms downstairs with an individual living room/game room plus a bathroom and toilet. 

Bus journey from our house to the city will takes about 25-30mins. 

I am a housewife and my husband works for the University in Auckland City, 

my son is in primary school and my animals are not qualify to school yet. 

We charge NZ$270 per week incl. water, electricity, wifi, laundry, cleaning and 3 meals a day. 

We'd prefer high school or University students, non smokers and tidy is a must.
