I am a 52 year old woman and live with my 20 year old son. 

We have two rooms available (one room as 2 beds). 3 beds in total. 

I offer Breakfast and Dinner Monday to Friday and also lunch on the weekends. 

The cost is $280 per week per adult. 

Our home is 2 bus stages from the city. 

This is $3.40 - $3.60 per ride to the city. 

Our house is a one minute walk to the bus stop and the suburb we live in is Mt Roskill. We are very central.
