Large 5 bedroom home on Great North Road in Grey Lynn. Western Springs end.  

We are family of 5, childrens ages are 10, 8 & 5. The room available is private and has sole use of the downstairs bathroom.

We have hosted homestay students before, rent is negotiable if you would prefer meals to be included.  

$200 per week includes power, water & internet.  

Would consider a couple.

We are an easy going family, we want someone who is child friendly and responsible.

We go away most weekends during the warmer months so need to be comfortable on their own.

Will consider long or short terms & couples.

We have a bus stop at the end of the driveway.
