POSITION : Customer Service Support Team (Staff )
YESSHOP, a newly launched TV Home Shopping Channel on Sky23 and Freeview21, is looking for an exceptional customer service staff.
This role requires a team player with excellent values and a positive attitude.
· Job Description
This job will include the following tasks ;
1. Responding to customer queries and online Q&A online
2. Assist Call Centre
-Responding to call centre queries
- Handling complaints
-Handling issues raised by call centre
-Investigating irregular /complaints
-Reporting the complaint details and resolution to related departments
3. Assist warehouse (logistic)
-Responding to warehouse queries
- Receiving and recording information regarding returns /refunds
-Handling the raised issue by logistics and delivering solution to customer
-Investigate irregular /complaint situation
-Report the complaint details and resolution to related department
· SKILLS
This role is varied and requires someone who can be flexible, to be successful in this role,
you will:
• Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Have an excellent phone manner
• Be experienced in dealing with people in a warm manner
• Have an ability and willingness to learn new things
• Excellent in English, preferably native English speakers
