Accounts/Admin Staff Required
We run in a small office based in Auckland CBD operating in Commercial Property Investment and Retail Industry.
We are looking for a Full Time Accounts/Admin Staff who will be responsible for Administration Work and supporting Accounting Department. You will be working at one of the major retail-commercial properties at Auckland CBD able to work in a fast-paced commercial environment covering various roles. This role is not for the faint-hearted as it is a busy role and at times requires extra work to meet deadlines.

Key aspects of this role include:
- Administration work at office
- Communicating with stakeholders
- Bookkeeping,
- Bank Reconciliation
- Payroll
- Assisting in PAYE, GST Tax Returns
- Assisting in Accounts Receivable and Payable
- Any other ad-hoc task requested by other staff members
- Experience in similar role or graduated Acctg BCom Degree.
- Experience in MYOB Package will be an advantage, but not essential.
- Intermediate level in MS Word and Excel
- Understanding of Accounting Principles
- Excellent communication skills
- Well organized and self motivated
- Fluent in English and Korean
