Samsung Customer Service Plaza - Spare Parts Sales Representative
In this full time role, you will be processing purchase orders from casual customers as well as major retail stores located nationwide. You will be using a web-based system to search for appropriate parts and quoting customers as well as invoicing them. Checking for payments daily and arranging delivery of goods are also your responsibility.
Dedication, flexibility and excellent communication skills are essential to be successful in this role.
To be successful in this role you must:
Have experience in customer service
Demonstrate excellent phone manner (experience in a call centre environment is an advantage)
Possess excellent written and verbal English skills
Be organized and have a natural talent to multi-task
Be a team player who enjoys a busy work environment
Liaise effectively with people at all different levels
