Travelpharm is based in Auckland International Airport,
We offer a wide range of over-the-counter pharmacy items, the best of N.Z.'s natural health supplement and skin care products, and a large selection of travel related items.
We have grown substantially in the last two years: we have 5 retail stores located at the Auckland International Airport and 3 stores off-airport.
With an annual sales revenue of over $16 million and a strong sale team of 60 staffs, we are expecting expand to other N.Z. airports and out-of-airport retail locations.
Responsibilities of this position include:
• Purchasing and ordering - including effective planning, delegating, coordinating, staffing, organizing, and decision making
• Lead, inspire, coach and develop both the warehouse stock team and a group of highly dedicated retail sales team at the showroom.
• Design and implement a warehouse operations strategy and operation manual that will improve key performance measures in the warehouse
• Further develop the existing group purchasing, ordering, and operation for continuous improvement with particular emphasis on setting and delivering operational and service standards.
The ideal candidate for this role will be an individual who is:
· Fluent in English
· Strong on warehouse and distribution management
· Has a proven track record of sales and success at relevant retail management
