Raeburn House is a community development organisation
that works across three core areas - Community Wellbeing,
Mental Wellbeing and Diversity.

Strengthening Families is about families. It is
a structured early intervention process where
community organisations and government agencies
work together with family/whanau to improve the
health, education and social outcomes for that
family/whanau.

Raeburn House is seeking a highly motivated person with
social work experience. Working across government and
community organisations, this position requires someone
with knowledge and experience of how key agencies work
with families in the social/health/education and youth
justice sectors.

The ideal person will also have strong communication skills
both oral and written, an ability to work across different
levels to build relationships, knowledge of children’s
behavioural and development issues and a current New
Zealand drivers licence. This is a 30 hour a week position
and flexibility of hours may be required.
