Samsung Customer Service Plaza is the sole Authorized Repair Service Centre for Samsung Products within the Auckland Area.

We are seeking 2 full time staff to join our team.

1. Customer Service Representative [Logistics Department]
2. Pick-up and Delivery Service Staff [Service Department]

In these roles you will provide effective, efficient and professional service to our customers, and undertake various service-related tasks requested by the company.

Dedication, flexibility, attention to detail, excellent time management and communication skills are essential for success in this role.

1. Customer Service Representative [Logistics Department]

This is a demanding fast-paced role and you must be able to multi-task and work well under pressure.

This position's general responsibilities include:
* Managing and keeping track of all inbound and outbound items
* Booking Freight Forward Jobs with the Courier Company
* Contacting the Call Centre to settle discrepancies in system information
* Following up with retailers and customers with regards to Courier Damage / Loss claims
* Unpacking and sorting inbound units
* Verifying Units and Transferring them to Technicians for repair
* Managing the items for Exchange processes and Parts return processes
* Other tasks as required by the Company from time to time

2. Pick-up and Delivery Service Staff [Service Department]

This is a role that requires a high sense of responsibility and you must be able to work well independently. Having previous Pick-up and Delivery work experience will be advantageous.

[Full Drivers License Required].

This position's general responsibilities include:
* Preparing the appliances for the daily pick-up and delivery job each morning.
* Sorting out the units and placing them in appropriate positions in the warehouse.
* Collecting and filing the paperwork related to each pick-up and delivery.
* Clean and tidy up boxes and any other areas in the workshop that need cleaning including the company vehicles.
* Preparing for the next day's schedule with the service tracking team.
* Other tasks as required by the Company from time to time
