SAMSUNG Customer Service Plaza - Customer Service Representative
Samsung Customer Service Plaza is the sole Authorized Repair Service Centre for Samsung Products within the Auckland Area.
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team.
In this role you will provide effective, efficient and professional service to our customers, participate in inbound / outbound calling and undertake administrative tasks.
Dedication, flexibility, excellent communication skills and initiative are essential for success in this role.
This is a demanding fast paced role and you must also be able to multi-task and work well under pressure.
Ideally, you will possess:
- Experience in Customer Service
- Excellent telephone manner - experience in a call centre environment would be an advantage
- Sound communication and customer management skills including conflict resolution
- Fluent English skills (both written and spoken)
- A desire to co-operate with others as a member of the team
- Ability to liaise with people at all different levels of the organization.
