Customer Service Representative [Service Department]

This is a full-time temporary role that is demanding and fast-paced. You must be able to multi-task and be very organized.

This position's general responsibilities include:
* Managing and keeping track of all inbound and outbound jobs
* Contacting contractors and/or customers to settle discrepancies
* Following up and managing repair jobs
* Other tasks as required by the Company from time to time

High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel will be an advantage.
