We run in a small office based in Auckland CBD operating in Commercial Property Investment and Retail Industry.
We are looking for a Full Time Accounts/Admin Staff who will be responsible for Administration Work and supporting Accounting Department. You will be working at one of the major retail-commercial properties at Auckland CBD able to work in a fast-paced commercial environment covering various roles. This role is not for the faint-hearted as it is a busy role and at times requires extra work to meet deadlines.
Key aspects of this role include:
  • Administration work at office
  • Communicating with stakeholders
  • Bookkeeping,
  • Bank Reconciliation
  • Payroll
  • Assisting in PAYE, GST Tax Returns
  • Assisting in Accounts Receivable and  Payable
  • Any other ad-hoc task requested by other staff members
Successful candidate will have:
  • Experience in similar role or graduated Acctg BCom Degree.
  • Experience in MYOB Package will be an advantage, but not essential.
  • Intermediate level in MS Word and Excel
  • Understanding of Accounting Principles
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Well organized and self motivated
  • Fluent in English and Korean
