리테일 샵에서 2년 이상 일하신 경험이 있는분
한국어와 영어 의사 소통에 문제가 없는분.
기본적인 회계 상식이있는 분.
업무내용: 사우나 operation 운영, 예산, 홍보, 직원 관리, 시설 관리.
기본적인 회계 상식 필요.
현재 구성되어 있는 팀을 이끌어 성실히 일하실수 있는분

Korean Sauna store manager
We are looking for a highly motivated manager who will lead our current team to excel in providing the best customer service and build long term relationship with customers.
You must have a strong leadership and be customer oriented. Your ability to speak fluent Korean is essential in the servicing of our clients.
Experience in Korean style sauna is a must. Previous retail management experience is also necessary.
Your tasks will be to maintain the running operation of all areas at the Korean sauna, from budgeting, marketing, operations, staff management to plant maintenance.
You must also have a sense of accounting as your performance will also be assessed by looking at the store results.
