Samsung Customer Service Plaza is the sole Authorized Repair Service Centre for Samsung Products within the Greater Auckland Area.

In this full time role, you will provide effective, efficient and professional service to our customers, handle inbound / outbound calls and undertake administrative tasks.

Dedication, flexibility and excellent communication skills are essential to be successful in this role.

This is a demanding fast-paced role requiring you to multi-task and work well under pressure.

To be successful in this role you must:
  • Have experience in customer service
  • Demonstrate excellent phone manner (experience in a call centre environment is an advantage)
  • Possess excellent written and verbal skills
  • Be computer literate
  • Have a keen eye for attention to detail
  • Be organized and have a natural talent to multi-task
  • Be a team player who enjoys a busy work environment
  • Show sound communication and customer management skills, including problem solving and conflict resolution
  • Be able to rapidly acquire knowledge (or already have knowledge) of service and electronic appliances
  • Liaise effectively with people at all different levels
