Samsung Customer Service Plaza is the sole Authorized Repair Service Centre for Samsung Products within the Auckland Area.

We are seeking a full time IT Programmer to join our service tracking team.

 In this role, you will provide effective, efficient and professional service to our customers, and undertake various service-related tasks requested by the company.

 Dedication, flexibility, attention to detail, excellent time management and communication skills are essential for this role.

 This is a demanding fast-paced role and you must be able to multi-task and work well under pressure.

 To be successful in this role, you must:
· Be fluent in English and have no issues in communicating with customers and other staff within the company
· Be knowledgeable and/or have experience relevant to PHP, MY SQL, FLEX and jQuery.
· Have at least 2 years of experience in a web development position.
