Samsung Customer Service Plaza is the sole Authorized Repair Service Centre for Samsung Products within the Auckland Area.

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to work in our logistics department.

In this role you will provide effective, efficient and professional service to our customers, participate in inbound / outbound calling and undertake various logistics and administrative tasks.

Dedication, flexibility, attention to detail, excellent time management and communication skills are essential for success in this role.

This is a demanding fast-paced role and you must be able to multi-task and work well under pressure.

This position's general responsibilities include:
* Managing and keeping track of all inbound and outbound items
* Booking Freight Forward Jobs with the Courier Company
* Contacting the Call Centre to settle discrepancies in system information
* Following up with retailers and customers with regards to Courier Damage / Loss claims
* Unpacking and sorting inbound units
* Verifying Units and Transferring them to Technicians for repair
* Managing the items for Exchange processes and Parts return processes
* Other tasks as required by the Company from time to time
