Samsung Customer Service Plaza is an Authorized Repair Service Centre for Samsung Products for the Greater Auckland Region.

We are currently looking for someone who will be able to assist with the daily accounting and HR duties of the business. 

A successful applicant will possess:
Fluency in English and Korean (both written and spoken).
Excellent phone manner.
Intermediate level of computer literacy (Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
Speed and accuracy in numerical skills.
High level of attention to detail.
Ability to communicate effectively with all different levels of the business. 

Duties and responsibilities will include:
Daily reconciliation of business accounts using Microsoft Excel and the accounting system.
Daily recording of the business sales and purchases.
Entering supplier invoices onto the company accounting system.
Managing the receivables of the business and liaising with the debt collection agency.
Assistance with calculation of company payroll when required.
Managing and maintaining the Cash and Cheque masterfiles.
Additonal ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Director.

A tertiary degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred but not compulsory.
Ideally, you will have lived in an English-speaking country for at least 10 years.
