Job Description
This job will include the following tasks ;
1. Responding to customer queries and online Q&A
2. Assist Call Centre
Responding to call centre queries
Received complaint handling by call centre manager
Handlingthe raised issue by call centre and deliver solution to customer
Investigate irregular /complaint situation
Report the complaint details and resolution to related department
3. Assist warehouse (logistic)
Responding to warehouse queries
Received and record information regarding return /refund product
Handling the raised issue by logistics and deliver solution to customer
Investigate irregular /complaint situation
Report the complaint details and resolution to related department
SKILLS
This role is varied and requires someone who can be flexible, to be successful in this role,
you will:
Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Have an excellent phone manner
Be experienced in dealing with people in a warm manner
Have an ability and willingness to learn new things
Excellent in English, preferably native English speakers
This role is being offered temporary to start immediately and with the potential of becoming a full time role.
