We seek candidates with the following attributes:

• Previous food industry experience in a team leader/supervisor role
• A relevant tertiary qualification in Quality Assurance, Microbiology, Food Technology or similar will be advantageous
• Extensive experience with quality systems; including HACCP based Food Safety Programmes
• Experience in handling customer complaints
• Experience with monitoring activities to support pre requisite programmes
• Internal and GMP auditing experience
• Sound knowledge of Food Regulations
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills. Able to communicate effectively across all departments within the business
• Effective time management skills, able to multitask
• Track record for continuous improvement
• Proactive and motivated individual
• Team player

Candidates must have a current NZ work visa or residency.
