Our Hamilton office has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Civil Engineer to join our team and play a dual role in project delivery and office management.

Working closely with your allocated sector, you will focus primarily on project delivery, however the role does entail office management functions as well; you will be seen as a leader in driving office culture, supporting more junior office staff and continuing to grow and enhance our brand.

The idea candidate will possess:

•A relevant tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering including chartership
•A proven background in civil infrastructure projects to support the project delivery of Land development, Energy or Property projects
•Experience in managing and motivating an Engineering team
•Excellent communication skills both internally and with clients
•The ability to build outstanding relationships
