In this full time role, you will be managing the flow of spare parts within the service centre.

Handing parts to technicians for repair, preparing spare parts that need to be returned to Samsung Electronics, disposing the boxes and organising the parts stock in the warehouse will be your responsibility.

From time to time, you will also process orders from customers, technicians and major retail stores located nationwide. You will be using a web-based system to search for appropriate parts and quoting customers as well as invoicing them.

Dedication, flexibility and excellent communication skills are essential to be successful in this role.

To be successful in this role you must:
Be physically fit
Be organized and have a natural talent to multi-task
Have experience in customer service
Demonstrate excellent phone manner
Possess excellent written and verbal English skills
Be a team player who enjoys a busy work environment
Liaise effectively with people at all different levels

Pay for this position will range from $17 to $19 per hour before tax depending on competence and experience.
