Samsung Customer Service Plaza - Full-time Service Representative
We are an Authorized Samsung Service Centre located in Albany, North Shore. Our service centre repairs a wide variety of Samsung products including Mobile Phones, Tablets, Washing Machines, Refrigerators, Televisions and many more. Our company has experienced significant growth which is expected to continue as we are implementing new procedures to further improve our service standards. We are currently in need of a hard-working and diligent staff member who is willing to go the extra mile to add value to our organisation.
A successful applicant will possess the following qualities:
* High level of attention to detail.
* Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
* Good written and spoken English.
* Customer service experience.
* Ability to handle difficult customers in a calm manner.
* Outgoing and enthusiastic attitude and personality.
* Willingness to learn
This position will be responsible for the following tasks:
* Contacting customers for further information.
* Administration duties including but not limited to answering phone calls and updating repair jobs on the system.
* Liaising with stores and corporates for conflict resolution.
* Explaining technical aspects of Samsung Products to customers.
Having a passion and interest for technology and being familiar with recent developments in the mobile phone industry will be a major advantage.
