Working Holiday visa restriction on employment period(3 months) under the same employer
With the enter into force of Korea-New Zealand FTA on 20th Dec 2015, the restriction on employment period(no more than 3 months under the same employer) for working holiday visa holders will be removed for new visa applicants in 2016.
Please note that the removal of the restriction does not apply to those who already have working holiday visas.
한-뉴 FTA 협정 발효로 폐지된 "동일 고용주 근무 기간 제한(3개월)"은 2016년 신규 비자신청자 부터 적용되는 내용입니다.
워홀러 비자를 이미 발급받은 분들은 제한 철폐가 적용되지 않는바 혼란 없으시기 바랍니다.
